Carl Dodd has been ministering to children, youth, and their families for 25 years. He has served in local, regional, and national ministries. Carl is the Head of School at Eastside Academy, a Christian Alternative High School in Bellevue, serving youth that have experienced crisis in their life. Also as a Mental Health First Aid instructor, he works with churches to equip their youth ministries with practical skills to respond to mental health crises. Carl is married to Rachel and enjoys the outdoor life with their two girls in the lakes and forests of Washington. Talk with me about anything related to youth ministry!
