NW MinCon started over 40 years ago as a “Christian Education Conference.” It quickly gained the reputation as a conference of excellence, offering an incredible hands-on experience at an affordable price for teams and churches all across the Pacific NW.
In keeping with its mandate, to be an innovative, empowering and inspiring force in ministry in the Northwest region of the US, NW MinCon has grown to a mega-regional conference and is best described as 5 Conferences in 1 location.
NW MinCon services over 400 regional churches as well as churches from as far away as Hawaii, Alaska and Canada! Most participating churches bring an average of 8 staff and key volunteers.

This unique blend offers a comprehensive lineup of professionals as well as topics to choose from for someone in virtually every aspect of church ministry. That is why we have so many teams able to attend. Our value pricing allows for key volunteers as well lay leaders to experience something that usually is affordable only for limited paid staff.
“More is caught!” We see whole teams fired up and resourced. Instead of individuals going home and dragging their team to a vision, exponential synergy has transpired and a “force” is equipped and ready to take on their communities and churches for Christ.
At NW MinCon, we are committed to offering a time to refresh ones spirit, thinking, creativity, leadership and ministry paradigm. While we do offer literally hundreds of workshops and experiences, our goal is not to overwhelm our attendees. We want to encourage and reFresh them with great choices and exciting options that challenge and equip for greater Kingdom impact.
