Tracy has a bachelor’s degree from Multnomah School of the Bible in Christian Education and a Master’s Degree from Corban University in Christian Leadership. He has been working with CEF for almost 30 years full-time as the director of Clark County. Tracy is married with two grown children and working in ministry with his wife Leng.
