Toby Rowe has been in youth ministry for over 20 years, and has helped lead more mission trips and weekend retreats than he can remember. Along with his wife, Pam, and four children, Toby has served at two churches, and currently is the Mission Program Manager for Group Mission Trips. You can also find him speaking and teaching at ministry events, or leading worship at his local church. Toby’s favorite thing to do (besides hanging out with the family or playing wack-a-mole) is finding ways to encourage youth workers and help them make the most out of what God’s given them.
