For over 21 years, Austin Ryan has been leading people toward God in worship using music and many other expressions of the arts. In October 2007, Austin completed a nine-year stint as Worship Pastor at Copperfield Church in Houston, TX where he oversaw the leadership of great musicians, actors, dancers, singers and visual and technical artists. It was then that he and his wife Cami co-founded Worship Catalyst with a vision to help new churches have authentic and inspiring worship experiences. Now, as the Directional Leader of Worship Catalyst, Austin is working toward the organizational goal of being able to help every church plant in North America.
The Ryan family recently moved the headquarters of Worship Catalyst to Las Vegas, NV where they will be on a team to plant a new church.
He enjoys hanging out with his family anywhere and everywhere. Austin has been married to his bride Cami for over 19 years and they have an 9-year old daughter, Finley Faith. While at Copperfield, Cami developed and led the drama team and she has built a new team in the Tucson area. She is also an accomplished interior decorator and an Executive Team Leader for Origami Owl. When not spending time with his family, leading worship or serving churches, Austin enjoys playing nearly any sport and doing his favorite thing - traveling.
