Dr. Dan Jester has been working alongside Tom Horton, founder of RCYM for over 25 years, engaging students and families in missions trips designed to build and encourage evangelistic outreach through relationships between urban and rural churches. Dan is the founder and president of Apprentice Ministries, Inc., is a husband and father, and lives the calling of a pastor and evangelist. His doctorate is in the Theology of Evangelism and he has a passion to equip all people to a life of discipleship so that evangelism takes place naturally and effectively.
